The annual Directory & Competitive Rules and Regulations is the "working
book" of the BCSS year. The Handbook contains the Competitive Policies, the
Constitution and Bylaws, Operating Policies and Procedures, Commission
information on the Championships, directory listings for many of the
volunteers working within the school sport structure. and contact and
address. The Handbook also
contains an advertising section for companies seeking school business. These
companies represent an array of products and services.
