DISCIPLINARY COMMITTEE
- The
BCSS Disciplinary Committee will act as the second and final
level of appeal for a disciplinary matter, as per Part 5
(Appeal Process for Disciplinary Action Taken) of the BCSS
Violations of Competitive Policies regulation.
- The
Disciplinary Committee will also act as the Appeal Body
for any decision made by the Management Committee concerning
a harassment matter. (See 6.2 for Harassment Policy)
- The
decisions made by the BCSS Disciplinary Committee are final
and binding on all parties.
